Choisir haute intensit\u00e9 et faire aux alentours de 20&#8242;<br> &#8211; Une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;une demi heure d&#8217;\u00e9tirements (surtout grands \u00e9carts) <br> &#8211; une s\u00e9ance de workout de 7&#8242; (faites 2 s\u00e9ries).
